Carol Hutchinson, started her teaching career at the Gladys Hights School
of Ballet. Miss Carol taught at the Park Forest Conservatory
for 20 years and has been with the Recreation Department over a decade.
Required Dress for Miss Carol's Dance Classes Girls--pink
ballet shoes, any color leotard, a short chiffon skirt and
light pink tights. Boys--white or black T-shirt, black tights
and ballet shoes.Talk to our dance teacher, Miss Carol,
at the first class if you need suggestions on where to
purchase the required dress.
All classes are continuing. Miss Carol will advance students
to the next level when they are ready.

This program is an introduction to music and dance for the very young child with parent participation.

D.A.N.S.
D.A.N.S. is a 6 week interactive dance program consisting of participants learning technique,
skill and discipline of the body and dance as well as aerobic conditioning. Each group will learn an
age-specific choreographed routine combining modern, lyrical, hip hop, etc., dance that will be performed at
a dance recital at programs end.
There will be a FREE 45-minute introductory dance session for participants (Saturday Sept. 11) to
come out and learn a choreographed dance routine. Program will be instructed by Dana Stevens.
